Art Up (Portsmouth) CIC aims to deliver world class permanent art showing that people are valued by presenting exemplary art in their neighbourhood and which can inspire others.

Provide opportunities for women and other under-represented groups in the arts at all levels from embryonic to headliners to grow and develop talent.

Create opportunities for local artists to build their skills and network with other artists.

Enable practical workshops for children and adults to take part.

Ensure that events are widely accessible removing physical, financial, social and other barriers wherever possible.

Maximise the community benefits using art to improve lives and life chances.
